InJae joined the Office of Research Integrity and Assurance at Princeton University after gaining experience in research compliance and COI . He earned his Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology from Emory University. During his time at Emory, InJae worked in various clinical research settings, which deepened his understanding of research protocols and compliance requirements.
After graduation, he continued to work in multiple clinical research environments before transitioning to Harvard Medical School. There, he was part of the team in the Department of Health Care Policy, where he assisted leadership with sensitive research data. He then joined the Office of Research Administration, where he was part of a group that facilitates researchers in the administrative steps needed to ensure their work is conducted in a regulated environment, following required data security standards and best practices. InJae later joined Boston Medical Center, where he specialized in the Conflict of Interest program, further enhancing his expertise in ensuring ethical research practices.
InJae enjoys spending his free time playing tennis and golfing, strumming his guitar, and exploring the area with his camera to capture memorable moments.
