A recent inspection performed by a veterinary medical officer from The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) found no non-compliant items during a routine unannounced inspection of Princeton University's animal care program on April 17, 2019.

Princeton’s animal care program contributes significantly to advancing the frontiers of knowledge and to saving, improving and prolonging the lives of humans and animals. It does so while upholding the highest standards of regulatory compliance and the humane and responsible treatment of animals.

RIA is very proud of our robust animal care program and our collaborative partnership with Laboratory Animal Resources.
