Virtual USDA Inspection of Animal Research Program Yields No Citations

Sept. 2, 2020

Today's inspection (performed virtually due to COVID-19 restrictions) by a veterinary medical officer from The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) found no non-compliant items during their inspection of Princeton University's animal care program.

Princeton’s animal care program contributes significantly to advancing the frontiers of knowledge and to saving, improving and prolonging the lives of humans and animals. It does so while upholding the highest standards of regulatory compliance and the humane and responsible treatment of animals.

RIA is very proud of our robust animal care program and our collaborative partnership with Laboratory Animal Resources.
